Basic Information

What are your office hours?

Our leasing office is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. You can also contact us online anytime.

Is there an application fee?

Yes, there is a $55 non-refundable application fee per applicant 18+

How can I schedule a tour?

You can schedule a tour online or call our leasing office.

Do you offer short-term leases?

Lease terms vary; please contact us for current availability and options. We will charge an additional fee for short term leases.

Is smoking allowed?

Our community is smoke-free

Do you require renters insurance?

Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents.

Rent & Payments

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay online via credit card, debit card, and eCheck (ACH). Fees apply for all.

Are there late fees?

Yes, late fees apply if rent is not paid by the due date. See your lease agreement for details.

Pets

Are there breed or size restrictions?

Certain breed and weight restrictions may apply. Contact us for details.

Is there a pet deposit or fee?

Yes, there is a one time pet fee and monthly pet rent.

Maintenance & Services

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Residents can submit requests online through the resident portal or contact the office.

Is emergency maintenance available?

Yes, we offer 24/7 emergency maintenance services.

Parking & Amenities

Is parking available?

Yes, we offer [reserved/covered] parking options.

Is there guest parking?

We do not offer on-site guest parking. However, there is plenty of street parking nearby, as well as a convenient parking ramp located at Bridge Street Market.

What amenities do you offer?

Amenities may include a fitness center, cafe, resident golf simulator, pet washing station, and more.

Move-In & Move-Out

What is required to move in?

Approved application, signed lease, and payment of all fees (admin fee, prorated rent and additional fees, deposit, renter’s insurance, and Consumer’s confirmation #).

What is your move-out policy?

Residents must provide a 45-day written notice to vacate at the end of the lease term.
